This module includes a discussion on how to generate different reports related to the Accounts Payable (AP) module of AVEEROS Financials. It includes the theoretical lessons and the lab exercises for the reports of Accounts Payable (AP).

FINAL ASSESSMENT

The assessment will involve the entire syllabus of AVEEROS FINANCIALS. The assessment will include a theoretical paper of 1 hour and 30 minutes consisting of 50 multiple choice questions (MCQs). These 50 MCQs would be divided in the following manner:

QUESTIONS
  • 10 Questions from the General Ledger (GL) Module
  • 10 Questions from the System Manager (SM) Module
  • 10 Questions from the Accounts Receivable (AR) Module
  • 10 Questions from the Accounts Payable (AP) Module
  • 10 Questions from the Reports Module
AVEEROS FINANCIALS CERTIFICATION ENTITLEMENT CRITERIA:
  • Candidates achieving a final assessment result between 70% – 79% will gain the AVEEROS FINANCIALS Training Completion Certificate with 1 Star.
  • Candidates achieving a final assessment result between 80% – 89% will gain the AVEEROS FINANCIALS Training Completion Certificate with 2 Stars.
  • Candidates achieving a final assessment result between 90% – 100% will gain the AVEEROS FINANCIALS Training Completion Certificate with 3 Stars.
  • Candidates must ensure an attendance of at least 90% in order to be eligible for the AVEEROS FINANCIALS Training Completion Certificate
AVEEROS FINANCIALS FINAL ASSESSMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Candidates will not get involved in any behavior that could compromise the confidentiality or results of the AVEEROS FINANCIALS final assessment. Immediate and appropriate measures would be taken against candidates who violate the testing rules. As a consequence, a candidate may be prohibited from taking any AVEEROS exams in the future and the exam results may be invalidated if it is believed that the candidate has violated this Agreement or engaged in any misconduct. No exam refund will be provided. The candidate may also be permanently prohibited from taking any future AVEEROS FINANCIALS Certification exams. In addition, the candidate may be decertified from the AVEEROS FINANCIALS Certification Program, and test scores & certifications may be revoked. Following are the rules and regulations:

  1. Candidates are not allowed to possess any non-authorized items during the final exam such as mobile phones, electronic smart devices, laptops or smart watches.
  2. Candidates must keep their phone on airplane mode during the final assessment.
  3. Candidates are not allowed to take pictures of the final assessment.
  4. Candidates are not allowed to bring any notes or material related to the final assessment.
  5. Candidates are not allowed to provide, give access to, disclose, distribute, copy, photograph, record, post, display, publish or transmit any assessment or assessment related information in any form or by any means.
  6. Candidates are not allowed to misrepresent their identity or impersonate another individual.
  7. Candidates are not allowed to provide or receive improper assistance during the final assessment.
  8. Candidates are not allowed to seek or obtain unauthorized access to AVEEROS FINANCIALS assessment or assessment related information
  9. Candidates are not allowed to engage in any other misconduct that could compromise the confidentiality, integrity or security of the final assessment.
  10. Candidates are not allowed to take any material from the premises of the final assessment.
AVEEROS FINANCIALS FINAL ASSESSMENT RETAKE POLICY

In case a candidate fails to pass the final assessment with a passing percentage the first time, the candidate will be given a tentative date for retaking the exam. A candidate is only allowed to appear for the final assessment five times within a 12-month period which starts from the first attempt. You cannot retake a final assessment that you have passed unless your AVEEROS FINANCIALS certification has expired. You will have to submit a fee of Rs: 5,000 in order to reappear for each attempt.

AVEEROS FINANCIALS CERTIFICATION EXPIRATION POLICY

A candidate’s AVEEROS FINANCIALS Certification will remain listed on the AVEEROS ACADEMY website for one (1) year from the date that the candidate completes all requirements to earn that certification. The AVEEROS FINANCIALS Certification will expire after three (3) years from the date that the candidate completes all requirements to earn that certification.
